Keira Knightley Set For Doctor Who Role

Keira Knightley will be appearing in the final episodes of callum's Doctor Who Series at Christmas this year. It is unknown what Knightley's charcter will be and it hasn't be revealed what episodes she will appear in. Early rumors say that Keira Knightley could be a badie in the final episodes who could be helping the Daleks.

Keira Knightley said "I can't wait to start filming in July, It should be fun and exicting and i can't wait too see how my charcters and The Doctor's realtionship is played out." when asked about the charcter she is playing she replyed "i can't answer what my charcter is like, the story line is being kept that secret that i can't reveal anything away about my charcter because it gives away the story too much" However Knightley did say "All i can say about my charcter is she is just as smart as The Doctor.

Several charcters in the past have been proven too be just as smart as The Doctor such as Shakesphere, Agatha Christie and The Master. This could indicate that Keira Knightley could be playing a famous person from the past/future or Knightley could be playing a time lord.

Paul Casey In Final Episodes

Paul Casey will be returning to Doctor Who to play the role of Ood Sigma once again. He has not said anything about the plot or the episodes he is appearing in but he did say "These final 4 episodes are incrediable and are amazing. Callum is lining up a very big cast with an unbievable story and he really has left the best for last. The Final Battle was a fitting send off for David Tennant and World's End is set to be a brilliant send off for Callum"

David Tennant has also spoke about the size of the story and has said "From what i've heard so far, the story sounds incrediable with an amazing cast and with fablous story. I would have liked to be apart of this story but i think Matt Smith is going to be very good in this story."

Callum has also revealed that he has now got the full cast for the final episodes and they will all be annouced over the coming months. Callum has also revealed that the oldest cast member is 55 and the youngest is 22. Karen Gillian is 22 so she is expected to be the youngest member of cast. This in some sense means Elisabeth Sladen won't be returning to Doctor Who because the prospect of her returning would also mean the appearnce of Thomas Knight who is only 17. This also means that Louisa Lytton will not be returning as she's only just turned 21 last month.

Callum has annouced the next cast news will be realsed sometime on Sunday and is going to reveal a big cast member for the final episodes.

The Returning Song

The Ood are also returning to Callum's last episodes. We aren't sure what this means because the last time we saw the Ood they played a major role in the 10th Doctor's regeneration. This has raised eye brows and is making people think what part the Ood play in the final episodes.

The original idea was the Daleks lead by Davros went to war against the sontarans with the winner recieving Planet Earth and the Doctor would have to stop both armies but with the return of the Ood this may now not be the case. It hasn't been said if Ood Sigma or the Elder Ood will return but Callum has said that the Ood are back.

Matt Smith has said he is really looking forward to getting started working on these final specials and has said that he finds them intresting from previous Doctor Who storys. Karen Gillan has said she hasn't yet read the script but hopes to see them in the next few days while Cheryl Cole has said she is really pleased that her story is coming to an end and has said Ashley's story will end in these episodes.

David Tennat is also expected to make some sort of appearnce but this is yet to be confirmed and it is not sure how he will return. It has been said that he may just appear in the confidentail episodes but as we saw at the end of "The Final Battle Part 3" callum likes to go back into the past and have charcters meet each other in the past so if the 10th and 11th Doctor meet is being kept open.

More news when it arrives.

They Return!

They Are Back! Yes last week it was annouced that Davros would return for Callum's final episodes and now it has been confirmed that the Daleks will also return. The Daleks will also return in Steven Moffat's Series which starts on the 3rd of April and then they will return in a massive way. Callum promised that his final episodes are going to be huge and nothing like Doctor Who has seen before and it is starting to look that way.

Callum also said "The return of the Dalek is extremly important because in my series of storys they have never been portrayed very well. The last time we saw the Daleks was in "The Final Battle" and they were being controlled by the Master and didn't have control of themselves and before that we saw them in "The Time War" and the series mainly focused on the time lords so I thought it was important for The Daleks to return once again and prove that they are The Doctor's greatest enemy."

Callum has also said that there are a few more suprises to be coming up soon and even though there will be a trailer airing in July it will only tell the audience some of the cast members involved. It also won't tell us who they are playing. The only way the audience will find out is if they watch it. These will be some episodes you really don't want too miss.

There is one more returning cast member going to be annouced in the next few days along with a returning monster. Callum said that once you find out this latest cast reveal you will start to think how big these episodes really are and start to think how all these fit together. The returning monster will also make you wonder about what is happening and will make you think about the impact they have had for a preious Doctor.

Cheryl Cole has also commented on her return to Doctor Who saying " It was always the plan to return to play Ashley and finish off her story and it has worked out so well and you will start to realise she is the way she is for a reason and everything that has happened to her will make sense. I can't give too much away because I don't want to ruin it but you really won't be dissapointed."

Filming Starts between late June and late July and hopefuly some of the stars will be annouced by then but Callum has said he is going to try and hide members of the cast. The story line is also another thing that Callum is keen to keep hidden.

The Final Script Finished

Callum's final script has finished. He has now written all 4 of the remain specials and has said he is extermley pleased with how the last 3 episodes are told. He has said expect and different view on Doctor Who as the storys will be told slighty differently specially in "The Master Plan" (Episode 3) and "World's End Part 1" (Episode 4). "World's End Part 2" is expected to be 35 minutes long but could change during filming.

Some of the cast have been annouced for the final episodes and Callum has said he has already got some actors/actresses to play in the final episodes but he doesn't want to annouce who they are till they get closer to the transmisson date. Callum has said that he is expecting a trailer to air for the final episodes after Steven Moffat's Series 5 and has also hinted at the prospect of a sneak preview for Children in Need.

Callum did say he wanted to do a seperate episode for Children in Need but said we just haven't got the time to make a Children in Need special this year.
